SHIFTBOARD BASICS
TEAMS:
Teams are simply areas of the Festival where we need volunteers. Before you can add shifts and get your schedule, you must first join teams.
1) Click on “Join a Team” to review your options of teams to join.
2) Click on the “Review [team name]” button to get more information about a team
3) Once you have decided where you want to get involved, sign up for the teams that you are interested in. Some teams require specific skills and need approval before they can be added
4) Once you are a member of a team, you can now add shifts for that team
HOW TO ADD A SHIFT:
1) Click on the “Calendar” at the top of the page. This will open the calendar page that shows all available shifts and all the shifts you have added. All available shifts are written in red on the calendar.
2) In order to see available shifts, click on the date of the day that you want to schedule a shift. This shows all the shifts for all the teams that you are a member of.

You can also click the “Print” button to print your scheduled shifts.
DROPPING SHIFTS:
If you need to drop a shift, click on the shift in the “Calendar” and click “unconfirm”, also, please send a message to the team manager by clicking on “Teams” at the top of the page, then click on the team you want, and then click on “Message Team Manager” on the right of the page. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make a shift.
